Overview:
This section explains how to add content to an article card, including links, images, and text.
Adding Articles to Your Email:
There are two ways to add articles to your email: the Choose function, which selects from existing feeds, and the Create function, which adds an article manually.
Choose Articles:
The Choose Article function lets you select from our available feeds, including sources such as REA. To use it:
- Open the Choose (or Choose Article) option.
- Click the articles you want to include.
- Click Import Articles.
If you know which articles you want, use the search bar or category filters to narrow the list by topic.
Note: To have a specific article available for import, send its RSS feed link to support@irealty.com.au. We'll add it to your feed under the Personalised Feeds category.
Adding Articles Manually:
To add an article manually, click Create. This opens the editable article section, where you can enter the required information and click Add to save it.
Note: Small GIFs can be added to the image section.
The Call to Action, Property, and Suburb Report fields update the card automatically based on the information selected, and can be edited afterward if needed.
Other Functionality:
- Shuffle Articles replaces every article on the card with different ones from the available feeds.
- Shuffle (the individual shuffle icon, outlined in orange) replaces a single article with a different one.
- Move (outlined in green) opens a window where you can reorder the articles. Click Save Changes to keep the new order.
