Insert a Fact Sheet Card
- In the email builder, go to the Lead section.
- Select Fact Sheet.
- Drag and drop the fact sheet block into your email.
You will now see default fact sheet options appear.
How Fact Sheets Work
Each fact sheet is linked to its own landing page.
When a subscriber clicks a fact sheet in your email, they are taken to the matching landing page, and their click is recorded as a lead inside iRealty.
This allows you to offer useful content such as:
- Home loans
- Buying guides
- Selling guides
- Market information
and receive lead notifications whenever contacts engage with them.
Change the Fact Sheet Type
If you want to switch the fact sheet:
- Click the Edit on the fact sheet you wish to update.
- Select the option you want, such as Home Loans.

Click Save.
The fact sheet will update automatically to match the new topic.
Add or Remove Fact Sheets
To remove a fact sheet:
- Select Do Not Show on the fact sheet you want to hide.
To add it back:
- Re-select the fact sheet type from the list.
The available fact sheets in your email will update once you click Save.
Preview the Landing Pages
To check how a fact sheet opens:
- Click Preview in the email builder.
- Choose a fact sheet in the preview window.
- The related landing page will open in a new tab.
This helps confirm everything is working correctly before sending your email.
Link Fact Sheets to Your Own Landing Pages
You can replace the default landing page link:
- Click the fact sheet card.
- Look for the Go To link field.
- Replace the default URL with your office’s landing page.
Subscribers will then be taken directly to your own website when they click a fact sheet.
Edit the Fact Sheet Title
You can also customise the title text that appears above the fact sheet section by editing the title block.
