Access Your Email
Go to Campaigns → Emails.

Click on the title of the email you want to edit.
This will open the email builder.
Add a Hero Image
From the left-hand panel, select Image.

Drag the No Link Image block into your email.
Use this option if you don’t want clicks on the image to open a link.
Click the image block → iRealty Image Library.
Choose your hero image → Select to Use → Save.
Tip: Use a linked image block if you want the image to redirect subscribers to your website.
Insert a Lead Section
On the left panel, select Lead.

Drag in the Fact Sheet (or a similar lead component).
This helps highlight useful information like buying, selling, or renting guidance.
Add Your Contact Details
Select Contact → Agent.
Choose your preferred contact card size (e.g., Small).

Drag it into place in your email.
Your agent details will populate automatically.
Add Property Listings
Feature Property
Your feature property will remain where it is. No action required unless you want to change it.
Add Current Listings
Click Choose either above or below your existing listings block.
In My Available Properties, open the Property Filter.
Untick Sold so only current listings appear.
Select the properties you want to include.
Set Import Format to Open to pull through open home times.

Click Import Properties.
Your selected listings and their open times will now display.
Add a Call to Action (CTA)
Select Lead → Call to Action.
Drag the CTA block into your email.
Update the text as needed to encourage enquiries or appraisals.
Add Sold Properties
Click Choose under your sold properties section.
Open the Properties Panel.
Untick Current and select the sold properties you wish to show.

Set Import Format to Sold.
This removes listing prices and automatically marks each property as “Sold.”
Click Import Properties.
Add Articles
Select Choose Article.
Browse All Categories or select a specific category such as Home Décor.
Choose an article → Import.
Select an accompanying image from the image options → Done.
If an Article Has No Image
Some articles do not include a default image.
To keep your newsletter visually consistent:
Click the pencil icon on the image placeholder.
Choose Change Image → iRealty Image Library.

Select an image from your own properties.
This ensures the article still displays professionally and matches your branding.
Finalise Your Email
Review the full email layout to ensure:
Images display correctly
Listings are accurate
Call To Action is visible
Articles look consistent
Your contact details are present
When you're happy with your edits, continue to the sending process.
