What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the landing page of the app, providing a clear overview of key information at a glance. It also serves as a central navigation hub, allowing you to quickly access the different sections of the platform.
What can I access from the Dashboard:
You will be able to go to the following sections:
- Campaigns
- Subscribers
- Properties
- Reports
- User Settings
- Help Center/Resources
- Lead List
- Creation Button
- Search Bar
Campaigns:
Using the drop down on the top bar, you will be able to access the following sections:
- Templates - Where you can create and make new templates and access one click settings
- Emails - Where you can edit and send emails to your contacts.
- SMS - Where you can send Text messages to your contacts.
- Automations - Where you can access automated emails and change or update those settings.
Subscribers:
- Clicking Subscribers takes you to a page that allows you to view all your subscribers and filter them as needed.
- Add subscriber - Allows you to manually add a subscriber into your account.
- Import subscribers - Allows you to add in a group of subscribers through a CSV file.
- Groups – These consist of categories, tags, mailing lists or contact classes that automatically pull through from your CRM and can also be manually created from the main Subscriber screen using the green plus button at the top right.
- Audience – Allows you to create preset or custom filters for your subscribers, which can then be used when selecting who to send your emails to.
Properties:
- Property List - Show all the properties that are in your account.
- Prediction Tool - Allows you to search from all your properties.
Reports:
Within your reports, the key metrics that will always be visible are your open rate, click rate, and lead rate, giving you a clear overview of overall email performance and engagement.
- Emails – Displays a report of all emails you have sent, including test sends. From here, you can view the total number of subscribers sent to, open rates, click activity, total leads generated, and the overall lead rate.
- SMS - How your SMS has preformed.
- Overall - Shows you all the reports available from the Emails, SMS, and other leads.
- Scheduled Reports - Allows you to send reports to yourself about the results from emails you have sent.
- Leads - Will provide a list of all Leads from Emails and will show you how people are interacting with your emails.
Search Bar:
This feature allows you to search and access subscribers, email campaigns, properties and reports efficiently from one central location. The Search bar is helpful for quickly finding the information you need.
Creation Button:
This helpful button will help you jump straight into making emails and SMS posts.
Lead List:
The bell icon will allow you to jump straight into the lead list and show you which Subscribers have produced leads.
Help Center/Resources:
This section (Appearing when you click the question mark icon), allows you to access our helpful guides on many common questions and concerns that you may have when trying to do your first couple of sends and will help you navigate your account. The help center has a mixture of video and written walk throughs to help answer your questions.
The is also a handy resource tab that will provide you with the templates for images that are used inside the app and can help you make the best pictures to use in your emails.
User Settings:
These settings will depend on the restriction you have on your account. Some of the following options are for those who are in the administrator or manager positions, except for Leads and My Details:
- Leads - Will take you through to the lead list to view potential leads and people who have sent enquiries.
- Agents - Will allow you to view all agents in the account, change information in an agents account and see their subscribers and property count.
- My Details - Shows the information that is in your account.
- Settings - Allows you to add information for Default settings such as who the default sending email and name are, subscription preferences for when someone subscribes, allows you to add social media, etc.
- Billing - Presents the current and previous payments to help you keep track of the accounts bills. It will also allow you to change the billing details and payment option to keep them up to date.
- Library - Provides a location to store images and files for quick use.
- Integration - You can check and view your integrations, specifically your subscriber integration.
- Branding - This is where you can change the branding of the account to match the brand of the office. This can be helpful if there are any minor changes in your branding. For any large changes to the office branding, we would advise reaching out to support@irealty.com so that we can assist you with those changes.
- There is also a sign out button use to log out.
What Else is Available:
This Dashboard will also show a quick overview of key statistics from how well your campaigns and leads are going. It will also breakdown the subscribers into groups to better help you target the group that you want to interact with.
