What is the Subscriber Overview?
The Subscriber Overview displays your full list of subscribers and provides filtering tools to help you quickly refine and review Contact details within the iRealty system. It also offers key insights to support more targeted communication and allows direct access to individual subscriber profile.
How to access the Subscriber Overview:
You can access this page via clicking on the Subscriber bar at the top of the dashboard.
This will open the Subscriber Overview page:
The Following actions can be done on this page:
- Accessing a subscribers account:
By clicking on the subscribers account, you will be able to view their details - You will be able to search for a specific client via email and/or their name.
This is a good way to check a specific contact to see if their account details. - You can send (in order from left to right) a CSV, Schedule a CSV and download a CSV from the provided subscribers in the page (This can also be done to download a filtered group via the smart filters).

The Bulk tools function will allow you to Bulk move and/or change subscriber details and active state.
This can be used to change the subscribers assigned agent and reassign them to a group, Unsubscribe or delete those contacts or opt them out of receiving emails. It is advised you make all changes in your CRM before making changes here as changes in your CRM will update here.Bulk actions will effect the current list subscribers, so make sure you have narrowed your search down using filters BEFORE performing a bulk action
- Under the filters section, you will be able to make smart filters, change the view to see specific subscribers such as only the active, those with emails, those with leads, etc.
This can be helpful in showing you who would be best to reach out to and identify as potential leads.
When creating a smart filter, there are some commonly used filters that you can use by default.
Or if you need something more specific, you can select "Advanced Filters" and narrow down your search by selecting your required categories. - The Table columns section is used to increase the available information in the table.
This can be used to identify specific characteristics then download and use that information in a filtered view. - Via the green plus next to the word subscribers, you will be able to manually add a subscriber.
