This feature allows you to see a properties information at a glance.
Overview Page:
This page can be accessed via the Properties tab on the dashboard screen.
This view allows you to see the properties in the account and allows you to access each one.
You can then click on the property that you want to view and it will open to a page with information on the property. This information is pulled directly from your CRM and will update according to any changes made there.
What Information Is Shown:
When the property is clicked on, a page similar to the above will be shown. It will show all images connected to the property as well as the property details such as the price, address, type of listing and type of property, as well as who the listing agent is as well as the bed/bath/car amounts.
This property view also includes the description of the property and its title, which feeds directly from your CRM. It will also show when the property was added to iRealty and when it was last updated and which id it connects to from your CRM.
The last thing it shows is the external links that the property is connected to. Typically there will be one for the Web page, Our iRealty landing page and the vendor property page, which is usually the CRM landing page. If there is also a video attached to the property it will show here as well.
What Else:
You will find that you will be able to interact and send/download the property information. You will be able to add a note to the property as well as export/download it directly to your computer or send the property information.
Statistics from the Properties Performance:
On the latter end of the page, you will see statistics of how the property is being interacted with and is interacting with it.
The left will show which campaigns they were in, the right will show the subscriber preferences and matches between the subscriber and the property. Below that is the History of the property which will show any clicks, views and leads that the property has had in the past campaigns. Then a call sheet which will show subscribers who are interested in the property.
