Sending Options
Sending Options control who emails are sent from, particularly when a subscriber does not have an assigned agent.
Default Sender Details
If a subscriber has no assigned agent, emails will be sent using the following details:
- Default Sender Email
- Default Sender Name
You can update these fields to reflect your preferred office or team contact details.
Always Use Assigned Agent
When enabled, this setting ensures that emails are sent from the assigned agent’s name and email address whenever one is available, instead of the default sender details.
Automated Reports
Send Automated Report After Each Email Sent
When this option is enabled, an automated report will be sent after every email campaign. This allows you to review performance without manually accessing reports.
Subscription Preferences
Subscription Preferences control notifications and default assignments when someone joins or leaves your database.
Subscription Notifications
You can choose to receive notifications when:
- A subscriber joins your database
- A subscriber unsubscribes
These notifications help you stay informed about changes to your audience.
Assign All New Subscribers To
This setting automatically assigns all new subscribers to a specific agent unless otherwise specified.
Add New Subscriber to Group
Use this option to automatically place new subscribers into a selected group. This is useful for organising contacts or triggering specific automations.
Subscription Form
Subscription Form URL
This link is used to collect new subscribers through a hosted iRealty form.
You can share this link on your website, in emails, or on social media to grow your database.
Social Media
Adding social media profiles on this page will apply to every agent card in the account
Property Page Options
You can enable or disable the following features:
- Show Book Private Inspection Button
Allows buyers to request a private inspection directly from the property page. - Show Online Auction Section
Displays auction information when applicable. - Show Garages Only
Restricts displayed parking information to garages only.
These options help tailor the property page experience to suit your marketing strategy.
