Learn how to track engagement using Lead Reports and Subscriber Interaction at both office and agent levels.
Getting There
Click on the dropdown menu next to your name while logged into your iRealty Account and select "Lead Settings"
Page Controls and Scope Settings
At the top right of the page, there are several controls that determine who the data applies to and how settings are managed.
"Set All As" Dropdown
This dropdown applies the selected role to all reports and settings on the page. Options include:
- Office Managers
- Subscriber’s Agent
- Specific Agent
- Agent Administrators
- Campaign’s Agent
Account Scope Dropdown
This dropdown controls where the settings are applied:
- Office Default
- Your own account
- A specific agent
This allows flexibility when viewing data or configuring reports at an office wide or individual level.
Office Default Controls
- Use Office Default toggle
When enabled, the Office Default settings will apply across the entire account. - Reset to Defaults
Restores all settings back to the Office Default configuration.
Making Changes
After selecting whether the settings are for the office, your own account or for a specific agent, to adjust the settings to your preference, you just need to click on any of the drop down menus and select the option you would like:
Triggers
You can configure when the trigger activates by setting:
The number of clicks, from 1 to 5
The time frame, from 1 to 30 days
This allows you to define what level of engagement qualifies as meaningful interest.
Delivery
When the trigger conditions are met, the notification can be delivered via:
Lead Report
Email
SMS
You may select a delivery method depending on how you want the alert to be received.
Recipients
Notifications can be sent to:
A specific agent
Office Managers
Subscriber’s Agent
Listing Agent
Agent Administrators
Campaign’s Agent
This ensures engagement alerts are routed to the most appropriate person or team.
