What is the Purpose for the Property Manager Function:
This feature allows you to easily reorder properties within your email, giving you greater control over how they are presented. Properties can be arranged to align with specific criteria, such as open home times, price order, or priority listings, ensuring a clear and logical flow for your audience.
How to use the Property Manager function:
To use the property manager function:
- Select the yellow button that appears when you hover over the property section. This will open the Property Manager Function.

2. At the top of the menu, you’ll find a checklist of available options. This allows you to select the specific Property Section you wish to work on, making it easy to navigate and manage your content efficiently.
3. To interact with the properties, there are two different options to move them.
First is to manually move them by clicking and dragging the property into the desired place.
The Second option is to click all properties and then click sort option. Then click the desired option and it will move the properties into order with the desired option in mind.
4. To move them manually, drag and drop the property into the desired spot in the property manager modal.
5. To do the Sort options method, click sort options, then select the option that you would like the properties to be sorted into. This includes Inspections, Price, Suburb, Title, etc.
6. When you are satisfied with the position of the properties, select save changes.
Another feature of the Property Manager Modal is that properties can be moved from one property section to another property card using this modal. This is done by moving the property from where it is, into the section that you want it to be placed in. Then click save.
When you are looking to move properties to different sections there must already be a property in that section before adding to it. Otherwise it will not be added to the section.
