The One Click feature makes it easy to create a complete newsletter using AI and your saved template settings in just a few steps. Follow this guide to set it up and generate your next campaign with ease.
Access Your Template
- Log in to your iRealty account.
- From the left-hand menu, go to Campaigns and then select Templates.
- Choose the newsletter template you would like to edit, such as Property Newsletter.
Enable and Customise AI Settings
When you open your template, you will see the AI Prompt section at the top. This is where you can set up how your newsletter content will be automatically written.
Introduction Settings
1. Click the AI Prompt section.
2. Personalise the introduction:
- Choose whether it is written from a specific agent or from your office.
- Select the focus area such as Residential, Commercial, or Property Management.
3. Adjust the word limit to your preference, for example 150 to 200 words.
4. Set the frequency, such as weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, so the AI uses language that suits your schedule.
5. Click Save. A confirmation message will appear, which you can close once the changes are saved.
Configure Property Sections
You can also use the One Click AI to automatically add property content to your newsletter.
A. Feature Property
1. Hover the Feature Property block.
2. Open the AI Settings menu.
3. Choose to pull a property from all agents or from a specific profile.
4. Click Save.
B. Current Listings
1. Hover the Current Listings section.
2. Click AI Settings and select Current Listings.
3. If you would like to include open homes, select Import Profile: Open so any property with an upcoming inspection will appear.
4. Click Save.
C. Sold Properties
1. Open the AI Settings menu again.
2. Select Sold to include your recently sold listings.
3. Click Save.
Add Articles
1. Go to the Articles section in your template.
2. Click the AI Settings icon.
3. Choose how many articles you would like to include, such as one or two.
4. Select the type of articles that suit your audience. Options include News, Buying, Selling, Renting, Investing, Home Décor, Outdoor, or Gardening.
5. Click Save.
Generate Your Newsletter with One Click
Once your AI settings are in place, you can generate your newsletter:
1. Click Generate Email from the template view:
or go to Campaigns and then Emails to generate a new newsletter.
2. Wait a few seconds while the system builds your newsletter.
3. When prompted, select the Agent Name that will be shown as the sender.
4. iRealty will automatically create your introduction, insert the feature property, display your listings, and include your selected articles.
Make Final Adjustments (Optional)
If you want to adjust what appears in your newsletter, for example you would like to include more sold properties:
1. Navigate to your Sold Properties and select Choose Property.
2. Click Property Filter.
3. Deselect Current and select Sold.
4. Choose the properties you want to include and click Import.
Send Your Campaign
Once you have reviewed the newsletter:
1. Check that all sections display correctly.
2. Click Send to begin the sending process for sending/scheduling your campaign.
