Add a Call-to-Action Banner
- In the email builder, open the Lead section.
- Select Call to Action.
- Drag and drop the banner into your email.
A default call to action banner will appear, ready for editing.
Customise the Call to Action Banner
Each call to action (CTA) type comes with:
- Its own default image
- A dedicated landing page
- A lead-capture form
You can customise the banner by:
- Changing the CTA type
- Uploading a new image
- Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF
- Editing the banner text
- Updating the linked landing page
When you’re happy with your changes, click Accept, then Save.
Replace the Landing Page Link
If you prefer to use your own office’s landing page:
- Click the CTA banner.
- Replace the URL in the link field with your own landing page link.
- Save your changes.
This ensures leads are submitted directly through your chosen page.
Using the Call to Action Button
In addition to banners, you can add a standalone CTA button:
- Go to Lead and select Call to Action Button.
- Drag it into your email.
- Choose a CTA type
- Update the button text
- Change the landing page link if needed
- Save your changes
The button works the same way as the banner but offers a cleaner, more compact style.
Preview the Landing Pages
To review how your CTA will look when subscribers click it:
- Click Preview in the email builder.
- Select the CTA banner or button.
- A new tab will open with the connected landing page.
These landing pages often include:
- A lead form
- Topic-specific information
- A confirmation page after submission
Any completed form will be recorded as an appraisal lead.
Lead Tracking
Every CTA click is reported as a lead in iRealty.
Every completed form submission is recorded as a completed appraisal lead.
This gives you clear insight into which CTAs perform best.
