Why This Happens

If you start creating a new email by editing a previously sent email, the system keeps the original sending code.
This means iRealty treats your new email as if it is the same campaign, so it will:

• Exclude subscribers who already received the earlier version
• Show a much lower subscriber count
• Sometimes show zero subscribers

To ensure the email sends to your full audience, you need to generate a new email code.

How to Fix the Issue

Follow these steps to reset the sending code:

1. Go to Campaigns and then Emails.
   
2. Find the email you have already sent.
3. Select Actions and then Copy Email.
   
4. Change the email title to your new subject or name.
5. Click Copy and start editing.

This creates a brand-new email with a unique sending code so your full subscriber list can receive it.

Confirm the Subscriber Count

After copying the email:

1. Open the copied email.
2. Click Send.
   
3. Check the subscriber numbers.

You should now see the correct count instead of zero or a reduced number.
