Why This Happens
If you start creating a new email by editing a previously sent email, the system keeps the original sending code.
This means iRealty treats your new email as if it is the same campaign, so it will:
- Exclude subscribers who already received the earlier version
- Show a much lower subscriber count
- Sometimes show zero subscribers
To ensure the email sends to your full audience, you need to generate a new email code.
How to Fix the Issue
Follow these steps to reset the sending code:
- Go to Campaigns and then Emails.
- Find the email you have already sent.
- Select Actions and then Copy Email.
- Change the email title to your new subject or name.
- Click Copy and start editing.
This creates a brand-new email with a unique sending code so your full subscriber list can receive it.
Confirm the Subscriber Count
After copying the email:
- Open the copied email.
- Click Send.
- Check the subscriber numbers.
You should now see the correct count instead of zero or a reduced number.
