What the Team Section Does
The iRealty team feature allows multiple agents to:
- Share subscribers
- Share properties
- Access shared templates
- Access shared mailouts
This helps your team collaborate easily without duplicate work or confusion.
Access the Team Settings
To create or manage a team, the office admin needs to:
- Log in to their iRealty account.
- Click their profile in the top right corner.
- Select Agents from the menu.
- Select Teams.
Create a New Team
- Click Add Team.
- Enter a team name (for example, Team A).
- Click Save.
Your new team will now appear in the list.
Add Agents to the Team
- Click the pencil icon next to the team name.
- Select the agents you want to include, such as yourself and a colleague.
- Choose what each agent will share:
- Subscribers
- Properties
- Templates
- Mailouts
- Save your changes.
Once saved, the shared data becomes visible to all selected team members.
What Shared Access Looks Like
If you and another agent share subscribers and mailouts:
- You will see each other’s names when sending emails
- You will both be able to access the same subscriber lists
- You will see combined properties, templates and campaign activity
This is especially helpful for agents who work closely together or manage the same listings.
