Access the Automated Email
- Go to Campaigns and then Automation Station.
- Select the automation you want to edit.
- Click Open Email Builder to load the template.

Configure Property Settings
Property settings are different for automations. In this example we will be creating a Weekly Inspection automation:
- Select Property Settings.
- Under Property Type, choose Inspections.
- Under Import Profile, choose Open.
- Set the filter to include Residential Listings within one week.
- Choose to organise properties by Inspection Date.
- If you prefer, you can also include sorting by suburbs.
- Review the estimated number of properties that will pull through in the top right corner.
- Save the property settings and inspection section.
Preview the Updated Email
- Return to Campaigns and then Automation Station.
- Select Settings and then Preview.
- Open the preview link in a new tab to see how the email will look with actual inspection data.
