Access Automation Station
- In iRealty, go to Campaigns → Automation Station.
- Click Create New Automation.
Choose Your Automation Type
You can choose from two automation styles:
- Nurture Sequence – general email flows like welcome emails.
- Property-Specific – dynamic emails that send only when relevant property data (e.g., open homes) is available.
For this example, we’ll create a Welcome Email first.
Create a Welcome Email (Nurture Automation)
- Select Generate under the welcome email option.
- Choose who the automation will send on behalf of (e.g., your office).
- Click Next.
Set the Schedule
Because this is a welcome email:
- Set the frequency to Daily so new contacts receive it automatically.
- Adjust the sending day and start date if required.
Click Next.
Name and Personalise Your Email
- iRealty will auto-generate an automation name for your records.
- You’ll also see the subscriber-facing subject line.
- Click the refresh button to shuffle it if you want alternatives.
- Or click into the field to edit it directly.
Choose Your Sending Details
- Select whether the email should send from office details or a specific agent.
- If using a specific agent, choose the agent from the list.
- Click Create.
Your new automation will now appear in Automation Station.
Review Your Automation Settings
Click the Settings icon to open your automation and confirm:
- Campaign Schedule
- Audience
- That subscribers who are subscribed, active and added within 1 day will receive the welcome email
Once reviewed, close the settings.
Create a Property-Based Automation (e.g., Inspections)
- Select Create New Automation again.
- Choose the property automation template.
- Select who the email will be sent on behalf of.
- Click Next.
Set Up the Property Automation Schedule
For example:
- Choose Weekly
- Set the send time to 1pm on Wednesdays
- Select a suitable start date
Click Next.
Finalise the Email Details
- Review the automation name and subject line.
- Shuffle or edit the subject if needed.
- Change the From Details (e.g., set to a specific agent).
- Click Create.
Both automations will now appear in your list — still inactive.
Activate Your Automations
- Turn on the toggle switch next to each automation.
- Once activated, iRealty will show the next scheduled send date and time.
For property automations:
- If there are no matching properties (e.g., no open homes), no email will send for that cycle.
- The automation stays on — it only sends when relevant data exists.
Check Your Audience Settings
For each automation:
- Open Settings → Audience
- Confirm targeting rules such as:
- Property type preferences
- Market interest levels (e.g., “Just Curious”)
- Subscription status
- Engagement filters
Once reviewed, close the settings and dismiss any notifications.
Let Automations Work for You
Once your automations are active, they will continue sending the right emails at the right time without any manual effort.
