Overview:
This article explains how Reapit integrates with your iRealty account: what is synced, how it is synced, and what is recorded on each side.
Setting Up Contacts:
An Office ID links your Reapit account to your iRealty account. This does not affect your agent count; it simply allows subscribers to move into iRealty.
Once connected, this ID is used to push your subscribers, along with your groups, into iRealty. Reapit syncs with iRealty once per day, and contacts update whenever there is a change to their subscription. If a client unsubscribes in iRealty, this is fed across to Reapit according to your existing settings, and updates in real time to prevent any further communications being sent to them.
Each subscriber is assigned a unique ID that identifies them as having come through Reapit, helping you identify them across platforms. This lets you track any subscriber updates occurring across both systems.
Shared Contacts:
If contacts are shared between agents within your office, please notify our team so we can enable Shared Contacts for your account. Once turned on, each agent only sees the contacts assigned to them — even if another agent is recorded as the main contact for that person in Reapit. Every agent can market to a shared contact independently, and the leads and results from each campaign are automatically credited to whichever agent actually sent it, so there's no crossover between agents' contacts, leads, or reporting.
Agent accounts:
Agents within Reapit who share your Office ID are added to your account automatically from the first sync. This information continues to update, so new agents are added from Reapit and any changes to existing details (such as phone number or email) are pulled across.
Note: If an agent is removed from the office or account, this must be done in a way that ensures their properties and subscribers are either reassigned or retained with the existing team. This prevents any subscribers remaining attached to an archived agent's account.
Because Reapit has full authority over agent accounts, an agent will stay listed (though hidden from the agent list) in your iRealty account until the change is made in Reapit. You should check your iRealty account to confirm no subscribers remain assigned to an archived agent.
Important: If any subscribers remain listed under an archived agent in iRealty, please contact iRealty customer service at support@irealty.com.au as soon as possible. We will either show you how to reassign them or make the update on your behalf — this ensures no subscribers are left receiving communications as though they were still that agent's.
Agent accounts sync once per day.
iRealty Groups:
Groups that pull across from Reapit originate from your contact classes and each carry a reference ID. These are available to use and send from within your account.
Groups can also be created directly in iRealty, allowing you to add subscribers to a group for later use or more efficient management. However, groups created in iRealty do not transfer back into Reapit.
What information is sent back:
When a contact interacts with an email, the following information is sent back to Reapit:
- iRealty Lead Alerts — whenever a lead is triggered according to the lead alert settings in your account, a note titled "iRealty Lead Alert" is added under that contact's record, with details of the lead type.
- Single Property Click Alert — when a subscriber clicks on a property, a note is added to their record noting their interest in that property.
- Appraisal Lead — when a subscriber submits an appraisal request, a record of both the appraisal and the property is created, giving you access to it in both Reapit and iRealty. This removes the need to build the appraisal record manually in Reapit.
Connecting Properties:
Properties can be pushed through to iRealty in one of two ways: an XML code or webhooks.
An XML code connects your properties to iRealty. Once active, any property changes made in Reapit flow through to iRealty within roughly 5–20 minutes. You can use more than one XML code, provided all codes belong to the same CRM.
A property will not sync if:
- It has not been marked to push through to iRealty.
- It is marked as off-market or hidden.
- It is linked to a different XML code than the one your iRealty account uses.
To resolve any of these, update the relevant setting in Reapit and allow the property portal to push the change through.
Webhooks provide a closer connection between Reapit and iRealty than XML codes. They pull property information changes and new properties through the integration faster than an XML code would, but they are not agent-specific — a webhook connection pulls through the entire Reapit account.
Adding Properties Manually:
If you would rather not sync a property automatically, you can add it manually, either as a full property listing in iRealty or as a property card entry only.
To add a full property: go to the Properties section in iRealty and click the green + button beside "Properties." Enter the property details in the pop-up, upload images, select a hero image, and save. The property will then be accessible from the Import section.
