How Rex Connects to iRealty:
This article explains how Rex integrates with your iRealty account — what gets synced, how, and what's recorded on each side.
Setting Up Contacts:
An Office ID links your Rex account to your iRealty account. This does not affect your agent count — it simply allows subscribers to move into iRealty correctly.
Once connected, this link is used to push your subscribers, along with your groups or mailing lists, into iRealty. Whether your account uses Mailing Lists or Tags is chosen during setup, and can be changed later by contacting iRealty Support.
Connecting Subscribers:
Four subscriber integration types are available:
- Mailing Lists + send unsubscribes back
- Mailing Lists + don't send unsubscribes back
- System Tags + send unsubscribes back
- System Tags + don't send unsubscribes back
Send unsubscribes back: when a subscriber unsubscribes through iRealty, Rex is updated automatically — no manual action required. A note is added to let you know that it was through the iRealty system.
Don't send unsubscribes back: the subscriber is unsubscribed in iRealty only, with a note added confirming they unsubscribed via iRealty. Rex itself is not updated, so you can still contact them through other platforms — just not through iRealty, where they're now marked unsubscribed.
iRealty Groups:
Mailing Lists: Rex mailing lists sync directly into iRealty groups, where they become searchable. Each mailing list is assigned a matching verifier code, which confirms the correct Rex mailing list has synced to the correct iRealty group.
Tags: Only System Tags transfer through to iRealty — adhoc or personal tags are not included. System Tags sync into iRealty groups the same way, each carrying a verifier code that confirms it matches the correct tag in Rex.
For both Mailing Lists and Tags, subscriber updates follow changes made in Rex, applied via the daily sync. Faster updates can be arranged by request through iRealty Support.
Connecting Properties:
An XML code connects your properties to iRealty. Once active, any property changes made in Rex flow through to iRealty within roughly 5–20 minutes. You can use more than one XML code, provided all codes belong to the same CRM.
A property won't sync if:
- It hasn't been marked to push through to iRealty.
- It's marked as off-market or hidden.
- It's linked to a different XML code than the one your iRealty account uses.
To resolve any of these, update the relevant setting in Rex and allow the property portal to push it through.
Adding Properties Manually:
If you'd rather not sync a property automatically, you can add it manually — either as a full property in iRealty or as a property card entry only.
To add a full property: go to the Properties section in iRealty and click the green + button beside "Properties." Enter the property details in the pop-up, upload images, select a hero image, then save. The property will then be accessible from the Import section.
