Overview: This article is used to help you get your properties into iRealty fast by showing the necessary steps that need to be taken to get your properties integrated.
Activating Your iRealty Portal Listings in Vault
Now that your iRealty feed has been enabled, you'll need to ensure your properties are ticked to send through. Don't worry — this will not create duplicate listings on the iRealty website.
For each property you'd like to send to iRealty:
- Open the listing in Vault
- Tick the iRealty portal checkbox
- Make a minor change to the listing (e.g. reorder the photos)
- Click the green Save / Update button
That's it — the updated listing will be sent through to iRealty automatically.
Previous Sold Properties
For your previously sold properties, the process of adding them is a little different. In order to move these into your account quickly, what you need to do is email Vault’s support email, provisioning@vaultre.com.au, also add our support email, support@irealty.com.au, and let them know you would like to add your Sold properties and from which date you would like to add them from.
The Vault team will then move those Sold properties into the account for you to then use.
