Access Overall Reporting
- Go to Reports.
- Select Overall.
The Overall Reporting dashboard provides a full performance summary for the last 30 days by default.
Filter by Agent, Team or Timeframe
At the top of the report:
- Use the dropdown menu to filter results by a specific agent
- Filter by a specific team (if teams are set up)
- Adjust the timeframe to:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days
This allows you to compare performance or track trends over time.
Key Metrics in Overall Reporting
The dashboard includes several important sections:
Email Activity
- Number of emails sent
- Total recipients
- Property page views generated from those emails
- Total appraisals submitted
- Total call-to-action activity
Engagement Results
Scrolling further down shows:
- Appraisal form submissions
- Agent enquiries
- Delivery rate
- Open rate
- Click rate
- Lead rate
- Unsubscribe rate
Below this, you will also see a list of emails sent during the selected timeframe, along with their individual performance summaries.
Article and Engagement Insights
You can view:
- The most popular articles based on clicks
- The most effective emails by:
- Views
- Clicks
- Leads
- Appraisal submissions
- Service requests
This helps identify what content resonates most with your audience.
Subscriber Insights
This section displays:
- Total subscribers
- New subscribers added
- Database growth over the selected period
Property Insights
Here you can see:
- Total current listings
- Residential listings
- Sold properties
- Rentals added
- Property engagement from campaigns including:
- Property views
- Clicks
- Leads
- Enquiries
Exporting or Sharing the Report
At the top of the page, you can:
- Export the report as a CSV
- Save it as a PDF
- Email the report to yourself
- Schedule the report to be emailed on a recurring basis
This makes it easy to present performance results to your team.
Saving Custom Report Views
If you set filters you want to reuse:
- Click Save Report.
- Name your report view.
- Save it.
Next time you open Overall Reporting, your saved report will appear in the dropdown list for quick access.
