When This Is Useful

Sometimes a subscriber may ask to opt out of automated campaigns but still receive your property updates.
iRealty allows you to adjust their settings so they remain subscribed to newsletters while being excluded from automation types such as:

• New listings
• Upcoming inspections
• Auctions
• Recent sales
• Price updates

Locate the Subscriber

1. Go to Subscribers.
2. Select Filters.
3. Create a Smart Filter.
   
4. Open Advanced Filters.
   
5. Set:
   • Subscriber Status to Current
   • Email is to the subscriber’s email address (for example, daniel@irealty.com.au)
     
6. Click Filter Subscriber to display the contact.

Update Their Subscription Settings

1. Select Bulk Tools.
2. Choose Opt Out of Campaigns.
   
3. Untick the email types the subscriber no longer wants, such as:
   • New Listings
   • Upcoming Inspections
   • Auctions
   • Recent Sales
   • Price Updates
4. Leave Newsletters selected.
5. Save your changes.

This ensures the subscriber still receives your general newsletters but is no longer part of your automated campaign categories.

Confirm the Update

You can verify the change by:

1. Clicking into the subscriber’s profile.
2. Reviewing the subscription settings to ensure the correct categories are enabled or disabled.
